Fire Damage Cleaning and Repairs

After the smoke clears, IDS will begin preparing a plan, with empathy and consideration, to put your home or business back together. It can get very complicated coordinating the many details for large property damages such as fires. IDS will help walk you through the process, starting with working with your insurance company while coordinating other services, which may include:

  • Boarding up/Securing of property
  • Coordinating packing out of salvageable contents
  • Winterizing plumbing
  • Temporary Electrical (restoring power)
  • Debris Removal
  • Applying for all necessary permits
  • Demolition (as needed)
  • Cleaning and Sealing of any open framing (as needed)
  • Deodorization of property
